Evaluation of Pre-Production

WITHOUT THE PRE-PRODUCTION PROCESS OF OUR THRILLER, OUR SHOOT DAY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN EASY PROCESS AND OVERALL NOT AS SUCCSESFUL. THE WORK THAT LAURA, BRETT AND I ENTERED INTO OUR PRODUCTION FOLDER KEPT US ORGANISED AS POSSIBLE. IT ALSO HELPED LAURA ESPECIALLY BEING THE PRODUCER TO KEEP ORGANISED. EACH GROUP MEMBER COMPLETED THEIR ASSIGNED ROLES SUCSSESFUL, WHICH WERE TAILORED TO OUR INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS. LAURA BEING THE MOST ORGANISED MADE HER AN OBVIOUS CHOICE FOR PRODUCER AND SHE MANAGED WELL AT PRODUCING A CONSISTENT PRE-PRODUCTION FOLDER. SHE ALSO FINDS WRITING AN EASY TASK, AND SO TOOK ON THE ROLE OF MOST OF THE WRITING TASKS, ALTHOUGH BRETT AND I DID CONTRIBUTE TO A FAIR AMOUNT WHEN IT CAME TO TYPING IT UP ON THE COMPUTER. SUCH AS TYPING THE STORYBOARD ON THE COMPUTER SO IT IS EASIER TO FOLLOW. BRETT WAS ASSIGNED THE ROLE OF DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY, AS HE STUDIES PHOTOGRAPHY AS AN A-LEVEL WHICH MADE HIM AN IDEAL CHOICE, HE ALSO HAD GOOD VIEWS ON THE MISE EN SCENE AND CONTRIBUTED HIGHLY TO OUR GROUP DYNAMICS, BUT SO DID THE REST OF US, HE MANAGED TO THINK OF SOME CREATIVE THINGS. HE ALSO WORKED WELL WITH CAMERAS AND PRODUCED AN EXCELLENT FILM POSTER. ME BEING THE MOST TECHNICALY KNOWLEDGED AND PRACTICAL IN THE GROUP MADE ME AN ASSET TO THAT SIDE OF THE THRILLER. I MANAGED TO BRING THE EDITING SIDE OF THE THRILLER AND WITHOUT IT IT MIGHT HAVE NOT BEEN SO EASILY PUT TOGETHER. ALL OF OUR SKILLS AND WORK PRODUCED AN ACCURATE PRE-PRODUCTION FOLDER WHICH WAS NECESSARY FOR THE SHOOT DAY.
